Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

All returns require prior communication and approval from our Wholesale Customer Support team.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

Products must be in unused, resalable condition and in original packaging.
Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded minus original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned merchandise.
Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, it may be returned for a full refund if reported to our Wholesale Customer Support team within 15 days of delivery.

Resale Policy Violations
If a wholesale customer violates our Resale Policy — including but not limited to unauthorized sales on third‑party marketplaces — no returns will be accepted and all sales will be considered final.
