We value our wholesale partners and aim to ensure a smooth and transparent return process. Please review our policy before submitting a return request.

Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility & Conditions

  • All returns require prior communication and approval from our Wholesale Customer Support team.

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

  • Products must be in unused, resalable condition and in original packaging.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded minus original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned merchandise.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, it may be returned for a full refund if reported to our Wholesale Customer Support team within 15 days of delivery.

  • Please provide photos of the damage when contacting us.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our Wholesale Customer Support team at wholesale@forestleaf.com to request return authorization.

  2. Once approved, follow the provided return instructions.

  3. Ship the item(s) back within the specified timeframe.

Resale Policy Violations
If a wholesale customer violates our Resale Policy — including but not limited to unauthorized sales on third‑party marketplaces — no returns will be accepted and all sales will be considered final.
